As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the helm of our impact-focused marketing initiatives, spearheading the following responsibilities:
- Shape the Future: Craft and implement a cutting-edge marketing strategy that captivates audiences.
- Ignite Change: Lead and coordinate daily marketing activities, including compelling content creation, stunning design, online marketing, social media engagement, and impactful events.

- Boost the Brand: Cultivate and elevate the Lumetallix brand, ensuring our mission reaches millions and reduces Lead exposure worldwide.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who embodies the following qualities:

- Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic, thriving in the fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Communication Expert: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Dutch is a plus).
- Accomplished: At least 3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a track record of success.
