As our Operations Manager, you will be spearheading the following responsibilities:
- Strategize for Success: Develop and implement efficient operational strategies that streamline our processes and contribute to our mission’s success.
- Coordinate Operations: Lead and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution across functions, including finance, supply chain management, production planning, quality control, and logistics.
- Enhance Brand Experience: Cultivate and enhance the Lumetallix brand through effective operational management, ensuring great customer experience and -support.
We are searching for an Operations Manager who embodies the following qualities:

- Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication Expert: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Dutch is a plus).
- Accomplished: At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations management, showcasing a proven track record of success.
